They were prompt, pleasant, and professional! I was impressed with how quickly they were able to move my piano out for me, and how careful they were to avoid damage to the door, door frame, etc. (even after I told them it would be fine if stuff got dinged). Im also particularly impressed with the nice follow-up thank you card I got in the mail a few days later. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!!
