This property management company needed help and they wanted it done quickly.  They had an eye sore brewing next to their apartment complex.  The state had put in a sound barrier wall next to the interstate but didn't take out the fence that had been in place prior.  Instead they cut the wires  and left the fence lay.  It had been catching tumble weeds and fence posts had been bent over during installation of the wall and just didn't look good.  They called us up in the morning and wanted to know how quickly we could get out there to get it removed, when we said today!!!! They were ecstatic!   

This particular customer reached out to us as they had a bunch of cardboard piling up because their normal recycling partner hadn't picked up the material for several days.  The problem was getting severe for them as the boxes were piling up in their storage space making it very difficult if not impossible to get to the items they were storing there to restock their shelves.  They had reverted to putting some of the boxes on carts in the isles as this gave them some relief but made the space look tacky.  Having reached the end of their rope, they called The Junkluggers of Treasure Valley late in the afternoon and we came out the next morning before the store opened so we didn't impact their normal course of business.  We are here to make your lives a little bit easier when things don't go as planned!  

We had the good fortune to help Steve clean up his property.  We were doing a job for his neighbor when he came to our truck and asked us if we would be able to help him out.  Of course we told him "SURE" so we went over to his house and had a look at what he wanted done.  We gave him an estimate and he said that would work great so we quickly knocked it out!

We met one of our clients recently on Instagram and she made an online appointment for an estate cleanout for her father-in-law who had recently moved into assisted living.  She mentioned it was a stressful and overwhelming time for her family.

We suggested that since it was a full estate cleanout that we should come out in advance to walk them through the process and provide a free on-site estimate to ensure they were comfortable with everything.

Our client was concerned about getting rid of so many items, so we informed her of our commitment to donating and recycling as much as possible, which she loved.  This eased her concerns about the whole process and she asked us to come back a few days later to complete the job.

Our crew arrived a few days later and walked the jobsite with our client who apologized for the disarray. We reassured her that it was not an issue and that we’ve ‘seen it all’ so, not to worry! We went right to work and got things organized so we could efficiently load everything into our trucks.

At the end of the job, there were three truck-loads full of our client’s items. We were able to recycle one truck-load and donate another, meaning 2/3 of the items were kept out of a landfill. Our client was extremely pleased with our work and grateful that we could help simplify a stressful situation for their family.

The elderly lady that owned this house had passed and she had left her neighbor as the executor of the estate.  The Junkluggers of Treasure Valley were hired to come in and do an estate cleanout.  She had been working on this for some time with help from friends and family and they were able to find homes for a lot of stuff but there was some furniture that was still pretty good and we were able to take that Mid-Century Modern Furniture to the Idaho Youth Ranch where they have several outlets for these things.  It was an absolute pleasure to help them out!

We had the opportunity to assist Cheryl and her Aunt recently.  Cheryl's aunt resided in an assisted living facility where she was transitioning from a double bed to a hospital bed.  Cheryl reached out the Junkluggers to have have the bed, box spring and frame removed from her room.  We gladly helped.  All of the furniture was in impeccable shape, despite donation centers not taking mattresses we were able to locate someone in need of a bed as they had been displaced and had very few belongings.  It was so awesome to see this furniture going to another party that needed it so badly.  We were honored to be able to make the connection and keep this good furniture out of the landfill!
