What do you do when your dumpster gets overrun with garbage? You call The Junkluggers of Treasure Valley! This customer was having a dispute with their garbage removal company and had a bunch of cardboard boxes spilling over the area around the dumpster. We got out there and cleaned up all the debris and cardboard boxes that was on the ground around the dumpster to create more space for them to get rid of their cardboard and make the area look a lot better!
Often times we meet our customers because of an unfortunate set of circumstances. This job was no exception. Clay has a beautiful home on a lovely piece of property just outside of Middleton. He and his wife have some acreage and a couple of horses that roam their pasture. Earlier this winter, during a cold snap, the water pipe that went into their barn froze solid. So clay put a heat lamp on the pipe in an attempt to thaw it out. A storm rolled in with no warning and blew a piece of hay into the heat lamp which ignited a fire. Unfortunately Clay's horse barn was a total loss! Fortunately they only lost the barn and the contents in it and no animals or people were hurt.
Clay called The Junkluggers to see if we would be willing to help them clean up the remnants of the barn. We happily agreed to do so! We went out and did an estimate and ultimately agreed on a price to remove all the timbers, siding, roofing, hay and other debris that had burned. We got right to work and got all the material removed down to the foundation to leave a spot where Clay and his family could rebuild! As I started out, many of our jobs are because someone has had a crisis in their family and we are always there to help!
Below are some pictures as we progress through the job. The first picture is how we found the barn. The second picture is after we removed all the burned timbers, metal siding and roofing. The third picture is after we removed all the hay and contents that were on the ground on the inside of the barn and the fourth picture is after we removed everything that was on the outside of the foundation.
These customers were getting ready to move and didn't want to take everything with them. We were happy to help them by removing the items from their home and donating them to a local charity to be sold!
